The service apparently allows users to view content and collaborate in real-time redactions and annotations via the use of powerful editing tools and chat windows.
It has been reported that the newly launched product, in unison with Alfresco Digital Business Platform would enable users to improve their efficiency and productivity, while supporting organizations in increasing their overall information security and content management effectiveness.

Moreover, this industry-leading document viewing service has been accomplished by dividing the documents into smaller encoded segments for transmission, adding to fast first page viewing. This approach has been claimed to add security benefit of evading the possibility of any readable components stuck in the browser cache.
Besides, the solution also allows users to see other users’ annotations, in real times, as they are created. Various other features of this newly launched services includes document manipulation tools, geometric annotation tools, sticky notes, while also supporting the watermark feature during viewing the documents.
Speaking on the matter, the Chief Product Officer of Alfresco, Tony Grout cited that organizations have been increasingly demanding a consistent and high speed document viewing solution for all remote workers. He further adds that launch of Alfresco Enterprise Viewer would thus allow multiple users to securely view and collaborate on content altogether, work on annotating and editing a document together along with holding a discussion about the document in chat window, and much more.
Meanwhile, Alan Pelz Sharpe, the Founder- Deep Analysis quoted that organizations are looking on to the ways for working remotely along with viewing their confidential and sensitive content securely. Apparently, this has paved way for various enterprises to develop tools to meet strict security needs subjected to editing, reviewing, annotating, and redacting documents online.
